Terms and Conditions for Qualified AI Leads

Welcome to Qualified AI Leads LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, located at qualifiedaileads.com (the "Site"), and the professional services we provide, including AI lead generation, business consulting, and sales automation (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or our Services.

Qualified AI Leads LLC is a professional services firm incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. We operate as an External Market Intelligence Unit, providing remote services to a global clientele.

Unlike traditional "Software as a Service" (SaaS) platforms, Qualified AI Leads LLC operates as a managed professional services firm.

• No Subscription: We do not offer self-service software subscriptions unless explicitly stated in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
• Delivery of Intel: Our Services involve the delivery of human-validated, high-intent B2B leads and market intelligence.
• Sovereign Enterprise Mesh: We provide private AI infrastructure environments. While we strive for "Zero Hallucinations" through dual-validation, all AI-generated insights are provided as professional recommendations and should be verified by the client before execution.

• Site Content: All text, graphics, logos, and code on the Site are the exclusive property of Qualified AI Leads LLC and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment for Services, the specific lead lists or market intelligence reports generated for you become your property for internal business use.
• Methodology: Our proprietary AI workflows, "Life-Event" tracking logic, and the Sovereign Enterprise Mesh architecture remains the sole intellectual property of Qualified AI Leads LLC.

Fees for Services are outlined in individual proposals or Statements of Work (SOW). All sales are final once the delivery of data or consulting has commenced due to the bespoke, labor-intensive nature of our intelligence reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Qualified AI Leads LLC, its members, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qualified AI Leads LLC and its members, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

1. Your use of and access to the Services, including any data or leads provided by us.
2. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any privacy or intellectual property right.
3. Your violation of any applicable laws, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other data privacy regulations regarding the use of delivered leads.

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we utilize rigorous dual-validation, we do not warrant that:

• The leads provided will result in a specific conversion rate or sales volume.
• The data is 100% free of errors or "AI hallucinations," though we strive for absolute accuracy.
• The services will meet your specific business requirements without further action on your part.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

We make no representation that the Site or Services are appropriate for use in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws regarding data privacy and business communications when using the leads or intelligence provided by the Company.
